Welcome to Artista Blinds. By accessing or using our website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any purchase.

2. Custom Products & Orders

All products offered by Artista Blinds are custom-made to order based on your selected measurements, fabrics, and specifications. Because of the custom nature, products may have slight variations in color, texture, or finish compared to website images or samples. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the order details (measurements, specifications, etc.) are accurate before submitting the order.

3. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of placing an order. Payments are processed securely through our authorized payment gateway.
Payment Refund Policy: Since all products are custom-made, orders are non-refundable after 24 hours from the time of purchase. If you wish to cancel an order within 24 hours, you must email us immediately at support@artistablinds.com with your Order Number. After 24 hours, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to supply chain conditions, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances. Artista Blinds is not liable for delays outside of our control.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, product descriptions, designs, and software, is the property of Artista Blinds and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, display, or exploit any material from this Site without prior written consent from Artista Blinds. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

6. Restrictions

User agree Not to:

• Use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute website content for commercial purposes.
