Return & Refund Policy
At Artista Blinds, every order is custom-made to your specifications. We take pride in ensuring high-quality craftsmanship. Please review our policy for returns and refunds below.
1. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
After 24 hours, orders are sent into production and cannot be canceled or refunded, as they are custom-made to your specifications.
2. Accepted Reasons for Return & Refund
We accept returns or refund requests in the following cases:
- Damaged Item – Product arrived broken or defective due to a manufacturing fault.
- Wrong Item – Product does not match your order.
- Sizing Issue – Product size does not fit as expected due to a manufacturing error.
Note: Returns and refunds are NOT provided for accidental damages, customer measurement errors, or normal wear and tear.
3. How to Request a Return or Refund
To start the process, please email us within 14 days of delivery. For general support, contact support@artistablinds.com, or for return-specific inquiries, contact wr@artistablinds.com.
Please include the following details in your email:
- Full Name
- Phone Number
- Address
- Order Number
- Clear Pictures of the defect/fault
4. Eligibility & Shipping
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be repacked securely in the original or equivalent packaging.
- Once approved, Artista Blinds will provide a return shipping label at no additional cost. We cover the cost of return shipping for all eligible returns.
5. Resolution: Refund or Replacement
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process either a refund or replacement based on your preference and product availability.
- Repair of the product (if applicable).
- Replacement of the defective product at no additional cost.
- Refund to the original payment method.
6. Processing Time
- Once we receive your request, our team will review and respond within 48 hours.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
7. Limitations of Liability
Refunds are limited to the value of the original purchase price.
Artista Blinds is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses related to product issues.
