Fabric
Our Roman shades are available in sheer, light-filtering, and blackout options, each crafted from premium 100% polyester fabric built for consistent appearance and long-lasting performance. Sheer options allow soft natural light through while maintaining daytime privacy.
Light-filtering Roman shades diffuse glare without darkening the room, while blackout Roman shades deliver complete room-darkening performance for bedrooms, media rooms, and any space requiring full light blockage. All fabrics are lightly scrubbable for easy day-to-day maintenance.
Design and Hardware
Our custom Roman shades feature a 100% durable aluminum valance and bottom rail, both fabric-wrapped by default for a clean and seamless finish. Every component is built to the highest standard, ensuring a dependable and polished result across every installation.
Control Systems
Our Roman shades are available in corded, cordless, and fully motorized configurations. Corded systems feature shrouded cords compliant with Health Safety Canada regulations. Cordless Roman shades are available for sizes between 15x25 inches and 60x70 inches, offering clean and effortless operation ideal for homes with children and pets. Motorized options include battery, solar, and wired systems. An optional smart hub allows for mobile app control, scheduling, and remote operation.
Installation
Every custom Roman shade is available in inside and outside mount configurations. Inside mounts require a minimum depth of two inches for the valance to sit flush. For outside mounts, add one and a half inches to the width and two inches to the height beyond the frame. Our free measuring guide covers every step to ensure an accurate fit. Standard production lead time is 3 to 4 weeks. Shorter lead times cannot be accommodated.
